Toast With Salmon On Chocolate-ginger Sauce

Ingredients

6 toasted bread4 slices of smoked salmon125 ml liquid cream100 g 70% Lindt Excellence Chocolate2 pinches of ground ginger

Directions

1. Bring cream to a boil in a saucepan and pour over pieces of chocolate.2. Wait 1 min, then mix with a whisk.3. Once the sauce is homogenous, add ginger and mix.4. Cut the toasts into the shape you like. Spread sauce on toasts.5. Add salmon. Done.
