Salmon & Kingfish Crudo

Ingredients

Method

on a serving plate or platter place thinly sliced cucumberplace kingfish and salmon ontop of the cucumberchop shallot, dill, capers and chives very finelyadd all ingredients to a bowl and add the lemon zest, lemon juice olive oil salt pepper mix well and pour ontop of the fish garnish with jalapenonot shown in the picture (but to break the tanginess you can add fresh baby rocket and drizzle mayonnaise) this is off course optional
