Salmon Onigiri Ingredients 150 gr salmon fillet (no skin), sliced2 cups warm cooked short grain rice1/4 cup corn kernel2 tbsp chopped scallionsFurikakeNori Seaweed sheets1/2 tbsp oil Sauce 1 garlic clove, grated2 tbsp sake2 tsp honey2 tbsp soy sauce Steps 1. Heat oil, pan fry salmon both sides until slightly browned2. Add sauce mixture, simmer until the sauce gets slightly thicken3. Transfer salmon into a bowl along with 1/2-1 tbsp of the sauce4. Roughly mash the salmon, add rice, corn and scallions. Mix well5. grab a handful of the rice mixture, form it into a ball6. press the rice to form into a triangle. I use three fingers thumb, index finger, and middle finger to make a triangle corner. (Refer to video) Repeat for the remaining7.
