Ingredients Chicken 750 gms cut into small piecesRice 3 cupsOnion 1 large slicedTomatoes 2 medium sized sliced in cubesYogurt 1/2 cupGinger garlic paste 2 tablespoonsSalt to tasteRed chilli powder 1 teaspoonPaprika powder 1 tablespoonCumin powder 1 tablespoonTurmeric powder 1 /2 tablespoonAll spices powder 1 tablespoonWhole black pepper 6-8Whole cardamom 2-3Whole cloves 3-4Whole cumin 1 tablespoonsWhole cinnamon sticks 2Bay leaves fewGarlic cloves 5-6Ginger stick 1Oil or ghee 1/2 cupChicken cube 1 -2 @maggiarabia Method For Pulao Wash & soak rice for about for 1 hourIn sauce pan add chicken pieces & add whole cardamom , cloves , black pepper , cinnamon sticks , garlic cloves & ginger stick with 4 cups of water & cook on medium flame for 30 -40 min until chicken is tender it will be 1&1/2 cupsIn a wok put 1/2 cup of oil & add chicken cubes , the sliced onion & fry it until golden brownAdd ginger garlic paste & sauté fry again for few min 2-3 minThen add tomatoes & yogurt & mix well for 5-7 min on medium flameDrain chicken pieces from chicken broth add to the woksauté Fry for 5 minutes on high flameAdd rice & then add the Chicken broth and cook on high flame covered with lid for few min until the water evaporatesNow put it on low flame for 10 minServe with yogurt and salad Source : www.instagram.com
