Balsamic Strawberries With Whipped Labne Ingredients 5 cups Turkish or Greek yoghurt1 tbsp powdered sugar4 cups strawberries (washed, drained, pat dry & quartered)2 tbsp balsamic vinegar1 tbsp honey, sugar or any sugar substitute1/4 tsp flaky sea salt1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper2 tbsp pistachio or other nuts of choice (toasted) Steps Strain yoghurt in a colander lined with cheesecloth or kitchen towels, place it over the bowl & keep in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours.Transfer strained yoghurt into the mixing bowl of your stand mixture fitted with a balloon whisk, add powdered sugar, beat on high for 1 min & set aside in the chiller to keep cold.Meanwhile, add strawberries & the rest of the ingredients in a bowl, mix well & keep chilled for 20 mins.Divide cold whipped yoghurt among 4 serving bowls or plates, arrange macerated strawberries, sprinkle nuts & serve immediately.these balsamic stawberries goes well with vanilla ice cream, on toasts smeared with cream cheese, as an accompaniment for butter cakes or even added to a leafy salad Source : www.instagram.com
