Fluffy Coconut Cake With Homemade Coconut Whipped Cream Frosting

Fluffy Coconut Cake Ingredients

– 2 cups flour of choice– 1 cup of sugar of choice– 2 eggs– 1.5 cups of shredded coconut– 1/2 cup almond milk– 1/4 cup honey/maple syrup(For the frosting I made my own coconut whip cream but feel free to use regular buttercream frosting as well!)

Coconut Whip Cream

– 1 can coconut milk/cream– 1 Tbsp maple syrup– 1 tsp vanilla extract

Steps

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and pour batter into a greased/lined baking tin.Bake at 350 for about 20-25 min or until golden brown then set aside to cool. Once cooled, frost with whip cream/frosting and some extra coconut shreds! ENJOY
