Ingredients Hong Kong Style Toast 1 Ceylon tea bag1 Darjeeling tea bag2 Black Tea tea bag600ml water2 tablespoons of Condensed milk (adjustable) Directions 1. Cut the tea bags and pour the leaves into a pot. Add water and bring to boil over high heat.2. Remove from heat and cover the pot with a lid for 10 minutes.3. Pour the tea back and forward with a sieve for 4 times.4. Filter out the leaves and bring to boil again till 90-100 degrees.5. Preheat the cup and add condensed milk. Pour the tea in. Done.
