Instructions

Combine all marinade ingredientsPre heat oven to 190Marinade the prawns in 1/2 the marinade and set asideOn a large tray add sliced peppers and onions, add 1/2 the marinade to the vegetablesRoast for 14-16 minutesRemove tray from oven and add prawns, roast for a further 8-10 minutesRemove tray from oven, garnish with coriander and lime wedgesServe with sour cream, avocado and grilled tortillasEnjoy!
