Mussels Ingredients

1 kilo mussels2 garlic cloves thinly sliced1 tomato cubes1 onion cubes1/2 cup parsley choppedLemon zestSome oilSalt, pepper, cumin & chili flakes

Directions-

In a large preheated pot add some oil, garlic and onions.Cook for 3 minutes then add the spices mix well then add the mussels, cover it and let it cook for 5 minutes.Then put the tomatoes and parsley, mix well and leave it for 3 more minutes. Aaaaand it should be ready
