Light Chinese Cabbage With Cream Sauce Ingredients 1 Chinese cabbage1:4 milk:chicken stock/veg stock (just enough to cover the cabbage)1 teaspoon minced ginger1 tablespoon minced garlicSome goji berriesSome salt Directions 1. Soak the goji in water for 10 mins. Wash and rinse the cabbage, cut into big pieces. Set aside.2. Fry garlic and ginger over medium high heat, add cabbage and stir fry for 1 min.
