Ingredients 1/4 nappa cabbage (sliced)2 lt chicken or vegetable stock1 large carrot (sliced)1 tsp salt (to taste)1/2 tsp ground white pepper1 tbsp Goji berry Steps Soak cabbage in cold salted water for 5 mins, rinse, repeat 3 times & drain.Heat a large pot on medium high, add all the ingredients (except Goji berry), cook for 10 mins, add Goji, adjust seasoning & simmer till vegetables are cooked to desired doneness. Stir Fried Leeks 8 stalks leek (sliced diagonally)1 tbsp oil1 tbsp garlic (minced)2-4 bird’s eyes chillies (sliced)1 tbsp oyster sauce3 tbsp water Steps Make Stir-fried Leeks Heat oil in a pan or wok, add garlic & chillies.When fragrant, add leeks & fry for 2 mins.Add oyster sauce & water, cook until leeks have softened, taste to adjust seasoning & serve. Braised Daikon &Amp; Mushroom 7 cloves garlic (minced)2 inch ginger (minced)2 spring onions (chopped, white & green parts separated)1 large daikon (sliced into 1/2 inch thick half moons1 cup mushrooms of choice (sliced)2 star anise1 tbsp rice vinegar2 tbsp soy sauce2 tbsp oyster sauce2 tbsp water1/2 tsp ground white pepper Steps Make Braised Daikon Heat a pan on medium high, add garlic & ginger, fry till fragrant.Add the whites of the spring onion, fry for 1 min.Add daikon & mushrooms, fry for 1 min.Add the rest of the ingredients (except green parts of spring onion) stir to mix evenly & cook until the daikon has reached desired doneness.Garnish with green spring onions & serve immediately.
