Ingredients For Lele Sambel Penyet 1 kg fish, cleaned (rub with salt and lemon juice)Cooking oil for frying Mashed Ingredients 5 pips garlic5 small shallots1 tbsp coriander seeds1 cm fresh turmeric2 cm fresh ginger2 tsp salt Instructions 1. Clean the fish.2. Rub them with the mashed ingredients.3. Fry them until golden brown at the both sides.4. Take them out. Served with your sambal. Ingredients Sambal 7 pips garlic, sliced7 small shallots, sliced2 big tomatoes, chopped7 big chilies, sliced15 small chilies, sliced1 tsp shrimp paste1 tsp saltA pinch of sugarCooking oil Instructions 1. Saute all the ingredients except salt, sugar, and leaves, till changed the colours. –2. Grind the sauted ingredients using mortar and pestle for the best flavour.
