Healthy Banana Muffins Ingredients 2 ripe bananas1 egg1 1/2 cup oats1/2 cup milk1 tsp vanilla1 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt1 tsp cinnamon1 cup chocolate chips or any other topping Steps Place all ingredients (except chocolate chips)in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Add the chocolate chips and stir them in with a spatula. Pour the batter in a muffin tin lined with muffin paper. Sprinkle more chocolate chips on top. Bake in a preheated oven on 180C for 25-30 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Let cool and enjoy!Note: these muffins have no added sugar.
