3 Chicken legs8-10 Shiitake mushrooms5 Red datesSome Goji berry1.5-2L WaterSome Salt

Directions

1. Put chicken leg in a pot of water, bring to boil and take them out. Set aside. Soak the mushroom, wash the date and berry, set aside.2. Put all the ingredients and water in to pot. Bring to boil, turn to medium low heat and cook for 30 mins. Add salt. Done.
