Boil the beef with salt in hot water till tender. Safe aside.2. Saute the mashed spices with coconut oil till fragrant and well cooked.3. Put it into beef broth, then bring to boil.4. Add the cinnamon stick and fried spring onion. Stir it well.5. Pour the coconut milk in. Bring to boil. Turn off the heat.6. Place all the condiments on a plate.
