In a bowl, mix water, yeast, sugar, and garlic. Safe aside.2. In another bowl, mix plain flour, baking powder, bicarbonate soda, and salt. Toss it to yeast mixture. Mix until combined.3. Add 1 tbsp oil. Mix it again.4. Cover it with a cloth or with plastic wrapper. Let it proof for about 1 hour.5. Grease the working board to prevent sticking, then put the dough on it. (The dough is a bit mushy, do not add more flour)6. Cut long-thin the dough, then let them rest for about 15 mins.7. Fry them in hot oil (medium hit) until golden brown. Enjoy with sweet chili sauce!
