Churi/malida Ingredients FOR DOUGH:2 cup wheat flour3 Tbsp clarified butter4 tablespoon semolinapinch of salt1⁄4 cup milkWater , as requiredOTHER1⁄2 teaspoon cardamom powderHandful pistachioHandful almondHandful pumpkin seedsHandful shredded coconutHandful raisins1/3 cup shredded jaggery Method MAKING DOUGH BALLSIn a large bowl mix, wheat flour, semolina, clarified butter, salt with hands until you have a crumbly mixture. Mix milk and water as required to make a tight dough.Form small 3 inch dough balls.Roll it into a thick roti and cook it with 1 tbsp clarified butter.crumble with hands or a food processor. Assembling Take 1 tablespoons clarified butter in a pan and fry cardamom and nuts for 30 seconds until crisp. Add to crumble rotiadd grated jaggery over crumbled mixture.
