Add white chocolate to a large bowl, then pour over the hot cream, stir until smooth, and set aside.2. Grind pistachios into a fine powder, then add the white chocolate ganache, icing sugar, and a pinch of green food colouring (if desired) and blend until smooth.3. Add crispy katayfi to the pistachio mixture and stir well.4. Prepare dark chocolate ganache by whisking together dark chocolate and hot cream.5.
