Magical Chocolate Banana Cream Of Oats

Ingredients

1 banana (mashed)30g oats and quinoa baby cereal @happyfamilyorganics / blended oats20g salted caramel soy protein isolate @myvegan180-200g water/ milk

Chocolate Shell

10g 85% chocolate @lindt1g oil (optional, but it helps the chocolate spread smoother)Peppermint oil extract (optional)

Method

1. Mash 1 banana2. Add oats cereal (or blended oats), protein powder, mashed banana, and water/ milk into a pot and cook until thicken3. Transfer everything into a bowl and let cool for a while4. Melt chocolate, oil, peppermint oil extract in microwave (it takes around 20-30 seconds only) *make sure not to burn it!*5. Spread chocolate layer on top6. Refrigerate at least 3-4 hours (ideally overnight)

Notes

1. Make sure you chocolate shell solidify before eating2. It’s better to use coconut oil as the chocolate shell will be harder than vegetable oil
