Combine all of the dry ingredients together in a bowl2. Add in Greek yogurt and mix everything until we’ll-combined and dough formed3. Separate dough into 4 equal pieces and roll into balls4. On a lightly greased or floured work surface, shape each piece of dough into a ball5. Roll them into 4 equal circle (3.5-4 in h)6. Mix cacao powder with chocolate syrup7. Place one circle on a piece of parchment, then equally spread a layer of chocolate spread on top8. Place another circle on top of the filling-covered circle. Repeat the layering process but leaving the top circle bare.9. Press a small round cutter/ bowl in the center of the dough circle as a guide. With a bench knife or sharp knife, cut the circle into 16 equal strips, from the cutter to the edge, through all the layers.10. Using two hands, pick up two adjacent strips and twist them away from each other twice so that the top side is facing up again. Repeat with the remaining strips of dough so that you end up with eight pairs of strips.11. Pinch the pairs of strips together to create a star-like shape with eight points12.
