Ingredients -1/2 cup oats-3/4 cup milk (I used oat milk)-1 tbsp chia seeds-2 tbsp liquid sweetener (i didn’t add sweetener bcuz i used sweetened oat milk)-2-4 tbsp instant coffee Filling plain yoghurtsweetener (optional) Steps 1. add all of the ingredients to a pot and cook it on medium heat for about 5-10mins depending on the type of oats u use ; stir it frequently2. let the oats cool down while covering a little bowl with cling wrap3. add some of the oat mixture to the bowl and spread it evenlyon the sides of the bowl (leave a hole in the middle and add ur yoghurt)4. add the rest of ur oats in and spread evenly5. let it chill overnight in the fridge Next Day – just turn ur bowl around on a new plate and remove the cling wrap– cover the oats with some more yoghurt and sift some cocoa powder on top!
