Teriyaki Salmon With Pineapple Salsa Ingredients 4 salmon fillets1 cup water 1/4 cup1/4 cup soy sauce3 tbsp honey1 garlic clove minced1/2 tsp ground ginger2 tbsp cornstarchSalt to taste if neededSesame seeds for garnish Pineapple Salsa 3 cups diced pineapple1/4 cup parsley or cilantro1 jalapeñoJuice of 1/2 a limeSalt and black pepper to taste Steps Pineapple Salsa : Combine all ingredient and chill in the fridge while you prepare the salmon.In a small pot on medium heat, combine 1 cup water, soy sauce, honey, garlic and ginger. Mix 1/4 cup water with cornstarch and add them to the pot. Put the heat on high and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and keep mixing until the sauce thickens. Let the sauce cool down, keep around 1/2 a cup to pour on the salmon after they cook. Pour the rest on the salmon and grill in a preheated oven on 200C for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
