Ingredients 2 cooked salmon fillets (leftover or freshly made)2 cups cooked rice (leftover or freshly made)2 tbsp teriyaki or soy sauce (to taste)1 tbsp mayonnaise (to taste)1 tbsp sriracha (to taste)1/2 avocado (sliced)1/2 cup kimchi1 package roasted seaweed sheet snack or cut 2 nori sheets into smaller pieces1/2 cucumber (sliced, optional)1 tsp toasted sesame seeds (optional) Steps Use a fork to flake up the salmon fillets in a bowl & transfer to the base of a serving plate.Warm up leftover rice in a microwave by heating it in a bowl for 1 min, with an ice cube placed in the middle & covered with parchment paper.Transfer warmed rice onto the flaked salmon.Drizzle teriyaki (or soy sauce), mayo & Sriracha & sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds (if using)Serve with avocado, kimchi, sliced cucumber (if using) & roasted seaweed sheets (using the seaweed as a little bowl to hold every bite of rice) Source : www.instagram.com
