Paofan is a Teochew Cuisine that very famous in Singapore since 2021.

If you are searching in google, from its history, Paofan is a premium cuisine. That’s why Paofan is usually sold with a high price.  Yet, with this recipe, you can make the affordable one.

Basically, Paofan is a soaked rice with broth. We used a left-over rice. For the broth, you can use pork, fish bones, or prawn broth.

Paofan is not famous only in Singapore. Thailand, Korea, and Japan have their own Paofan version.
