Download ImageIngredients2 salmon fillets, skin on, cut into large cubes1.5 tsp of paprika1 tsp of chilli flakes1 tsp pf garlic and pepper mix1 tsp of onion granules1 tsp of parsley1/2 cup of sriracha2 tbsp of soy sauce3 tbsp of honey1 – 2 tbsp of olive oilInstructions1. Mix the paprika, chilli flakes, garlic and pepper, onion and parsley together. Rub all over the salmon chunks and set aside.2. Heat up the oil in a non stick pan. Once hot, lower heat to medium/low and place salmon, skin side down. Cook on each side 4-5 minutes, or till golden and browned.3. Mix together the sriracha, honey and soy sauce and pour over the salmon bites. Cook for a few more minutes.4. Garnish with chilli flakes and parsley if desired. Serve with rice/noodles.
