Ingredients Steamed egg:3 eggs250 ml warm milk1/2 tsp Chicken powder1/4 tsp SaltMinced meat:300 gr Minced beef/chicken1 tsp minced Ginger3 Garlic cloves, minced6 small shallots, minced1 tbsp neutral oil1 tbsp sesame oil for2 tbsp Chopped scallions and more for garnishSeasoning Sauce (premixed)1 tbsp Soybean paste1/2 tsp white pepper1 tbsp Oyster sauce1 1/2 tbsp chili oil1 tbsp Soy sauce1 tbsp cornstarch1 tbsp Sugar250 ml chicken broth/water Steps 1. Steam egg: Whisk egg gently with chopsticks, then add warm milk, salt and chicken powder, mix well2. Sift the egg mixture into a shallow bowl, get rid of the extra bubbles/foams on top then cover with foil or plastic wrap3. Steam over medium heat for 15 mins, open the lid every 5 mins to let the steam out. Remove from heat and set a side4. Minced meat: heat oil in a pan, stir fry garlic, ginger and shallots until fragrant5. Add minced meat, stir fry until browned6. Add seasoning sauce mixture and mix well7.
