Ingredients 4-5 potatoes, peeled and diced into cubes5 large eggs1 heaped tablespoon of gheeSalt & ground black pepper Steps You can either deep fry or Air fry your potatoes, if air frying add salt and olive oil to the potatoes and air-fry at 1800c for up to 18mins or till golden, shaking the basket occasionally. If deep fry just add salt and fry till golden. Set aside.In a large saucepan add ghee and gently heat on medium heat. Add your eggs to a bowl and whisk with a fork till combined then add to the hot ghee. Gently fold the eggs as seen in the video once cooked add the potatoes, salt and ground black pepper, stir to combine and break up the egg.Serve with Greek yogurt and fresh Lebanese bread. Enjoy!
