Ingredients 3 tbsp of peanut oil1 medium sized onion, sliced4 cloves of garlic, diced2 red chillies, chopped3 tbsp of soy sauce1 tbsp of maple syrup100g of prawns1 bunch of broccolini, chopped100g of green beans, chopped400g of Udon Noodleschilli flakes, to taste Method 1. Heat the peanut oil and add the onions, garlic and chillies and sauté2. Once the onions start turning translucent, add the prawns3. When the prawns start getting some colour, add the soy sauce and maple syrup4. Add the broccolini and beans and stir on high heat for about 5 minutes5.
