Spicy Chimichurri Ingredients 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil2 tbsp vinegar of choice1/2 cup parsley (finely chopped)1 tbsp cilantro (finely chopped)4 cloves garlic (minced)1 tsp red chilli (finely chopped)1 tsp jalapeno (finely chopped)1 tsp dried oregano1 tsp sea salt salt1/2 tsp chilli flakes1/4 tsp ground black pepper Steps Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.Set aside at room temp or chill for at least 2 hrs to release all of the flavours into the oil then bring it back to room temp before using.Barbecue or grill meat, poultry or seafood of choice to desired doneness (medium rare dry aged steaks for me), spoon some sauce over & serve with more chimichurri on the side.
