Download ImageSautéed Bok Choy Ingredients16 oz bok choy1 1⁄2 Tbs sesame oil1 1⁄2 Tbs garlic cloves, roughly chopped (about 12 cloves)2 tsp fresh ginger, minced (or prepared, store bought, ginger paste)4 Tbs prepared oyster sauce2 Tbs honeyDirections1. Cut the bok choy in half lengthwise2. Heat oil in a large skillet, distribute evenly with spatula or brush3. Place bok choy cut side down in pan. When white bulb has brown sear marks (about 2 minutes) flip for another minute.4. Place oyster sauce, honey, garlic and ginger in a small saucepan, heat and simmer just a minute. Add a couple tablespoons of water if you wish to thin the sauce out.5. Arrange bok choy on serving dish. Pour the sauce evenly over it and serve. Source : www.instagram.com
