Ingredients BreadcrumbsBoiled egg, sliced (optional)Cooking oil Wrapper Ingredients 250 gr all purpose flour250 ml water1 eggA pinch of salt Instructions 1. Mix all the ingredients. –2. Heat up a non-stick pan with a bit oil on it. –3. Pour 1 ladle of the batter. Spread it out. –4. Once a bit crispy at the edge, put it on a plate. Safe aside. Do it until all the batter’s done. –5. Put 1 tbsp of ragout and a sliced boiled egg on wrapper then fold. –6. Fry them in hot cooking oil on a frying pan till golden brown. –7. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs on it evenly. Served. Ragout Ingredients 250 gr minced chicken1 potato, peeled, cut into small dices1 carrot, peeled, shredded300 ml milk1/2 medium sized brown onion, chopped finely2 garlic cloves, minced1/2 tsp white pepper1 tsp sugar1/2 tsp salt1 tbsp chopped celery leaves2 tsp corn startch 5 tbsp water Instructions 1. Saute the onion and garlic till fragrant. –2. Put the chicken in. Stir till cooked. –3. Put the potato and carrot in. –4. Pour the milk. Bring to boil until the veggies cooked. –5.
