Rice Pudding Ingredients

1 cup rice2 liter full cream milk 1 more (cold)1 cup sugar1 tsp vanilla3 tbsp cornstarch2 tbsp powder whipping cream

Directions

Soak the rice in water for 2 hoursNext in a large pot add the milk and riceStir until the milk boils Remove from heat and cover for 1 hour Check the riceshould be cooked Put it back on medium heat and the sugar and stir until all meltedThen in a 1/2 cup cold milk mix the corn starch inand add it to the milk Keep mixing until thickenedThen add the whipping cream powder to the other 1/2 cup of milkMix well and add to the milkMix everything very well and it should be readyNow divide the pudding into small bowlsand decorate it with whatever you like Here i decorated them with almond powder and coconut Refrigerate and eat it cold
