4 instant tart base1 middle-sized purple sweet potato2 tablespoons Condense milk20g melted butter

Directions

1. Peel and cut the sweet potato into big chunks. Steam around 30 mins until totally soften.2. Blend the soften cooked sweet potato, condensed milk and melted butter until smooth.3. Sieve the potato mixture, and get smoother mashed potato.4. Scoop the mashed potato into the tarts. Done.
