Ingredients 1L vegetable stock1 purple cabbage (around 400g)4 potato (around 200-300g)1 onion1 tablespoon of minced garlicSour cream (optional) Directions 1. Chop the cabbage, potato and onion into diced. Set aside.2. Fry onion over medium heat until soft. Add garlic and stir until fragrant.3. Add cabbage and potato, mix well. Pour in vegetable stock and bring to boil.4. Cover with lid and simmer over medium-low heat for 15-20 min.5.
