1 apple1/3 cup oats (I blitzed mine in a blender for 1-2 seconds to get a smaller bite )1/2 mashed banana1/2 Tbsp maple syrupCinnamon(Optional) nut butter to top

Steps

Start by combining the oats, mashed banana, maple syrup, and cinnamon together.Cut your apple in half, scoop the core out, and fill the center of each half with the filling.Bake at 375 for 15min or until the tops are crispy. Top with some melted peanut butter and enjoy!
