Download ImageMum’s Paturi/khandvi Ingredients– 6 green chillies– Ginger (3″ by 1″)– 1 mug full gram flour– 2 mugs full water– 1/2 mug natural yoghurt– 1/4 tsp tumeric powder– 1 heaped tsp salt– 2 tsp mustard seeds and sesame seeds– Chopped coriander– Sprinkle of desiccated coconutMethod1 Blend the gram flour and water together and set aside2 Then blend the chillies and ginger together and add the flour mix along with the yogurt, tumeric and salt3 Microwave the mixture for 15 mins in total, ensuring to take out and mix every 3 mins4 Lay out cling film across a clean surface and spread the mixture on top to form a very thin layer and let cool (approx 10mins)5 Once cooled, score vertical lines with a knife and roll to form6 For garnish, heat oil and allow mustard seeds and sesame seeds to pop Drizzle over the top with chopped coriander and desiccated coconut Source : www.instagram.com
