Matcha Brookies Ingredients 100g white chocolate50g unsalted butter100g granulated sugar1 large egg (50-55g)1 tsp vanilla120g all-purpose flour6g (1 tbsp) matcha powder5g (1 tsp) baking powder5g (1 tsp) sea salt *optional for finishing but HIGHLY RECOMMEND!* Steps 1. melt white chocolate and butter for 2 mins in microwave2. in a separate bowl add sugar, egg, vanilla and mix for exactly 5 mins at medium high speed3. add warm white chocolate mixture4. mix for another 30 sec5. sift in AP flour, baking powder and matcha powder6. mix for another 30 sec7. on a lined baking tray scoop the batter ( i used a 5cm ice cream scoop)8. bake at 140C with fan or 160C without fan, 13-15 mins ( i recommend keeping an eye on it so it doesn’t burn cuz every oven varies)9. once it’s done take it out and immediately sprinkle sea salt10.
