Makdoos is a Lebanese pickled that used mini eggplant with smashed walnuts, red sweet pepper, hot red or chili peppers, garlic, salt, and chili paste.
We can enjoy Makdoos directly or as a side dish with another meal.
This pickle is often served during the winter time in every household in Lebanon and other countries in the Middle East.
