Slice the onion and sock the rice cake in water until a bit soft. Thread fish cakes onto skewers. Set aside.2. Deep fried the dumplings over medium-low heat until golden brown.3. Meanwhile, boil the chicken stock over medium high heat and add all the sauce in, mix well. Add the rice cakes, onion and fish cakes once it’s boiling.4.
