Tomato Sauce 1 tbsp olive oil1 big onion sliced250g tomato purée1 cup water1 tbsp cornstarchSalt, black pepper, oregano, paprika, cayenne pepper (add to taste) Steps To Make Sacue In a big pan, heat the olive oil and cook the onions for a few minutes until soft.Dissolve the cornstarch in water and add them to the pan with the tomato sauce.Add all the seasonings to taste. Bring to a boil then lower the heat to allow it to cook for a bit.Taste and adjust salt and other seasonings.Once meat is done, add them to the sauce and mix well. Serve warm with Rice or potatoes. Vermicelli Rice In a pot, heat some olive oil and add 1/2 cup vermicelli.Cook on medium high heat for a few minutes while stirring constantly until they turn golden.Add 1 cup of rice, a bit more than 2 cups of water and salt.
