Sponge Cake Ingredients 3 eggs100 gr caster sugar1 tsp emulsifier/ovalet150 gr self-raising flourA pinch of salt75 ml coconut milk75 ml vegetable oil3 tsp pandan essence Instructions 1. Mix eggs, sugar, and emulsifier in high speed mode until thickened and pale in colour.2. Add all the rest of ingredients then mix (do not over mix).3. Pour the batter on a baking pan 28cm25cm (with a sheet of baking paper on).4. Put it in a preheated oven at temperature 170C for about 20 minutes.5. Take the sponge cake out. Let it cool.6. Cut the cake to fit in your container. Do layering by putting the sweetened coconut flakes on then whipped cream, cake, whipped cream, and sweetened coconut flakes again.7. Put it in a fridge for about an hour, then enjoy!
