Download ImageWatch Video Fatayer Ingredients(for the dough)2 kilos plain flour4 cups warm water (you can add milk instead of water if preferred)3 sachets dry active yeast4 tbs sugar4 tsp salt1 cup of plain yoghurt2 cups vegetable oilMethodIn a large bowl pour yeast, warm water, and yoghurt and whisk and let sit for 15 minutes until yeast activates.Add the rest of the ingredients in the bowl and mix until a dough is madePour dough out onto a flat surface and start kneading well until dough has combined.If you feel like the dough is too sticky add more flour.If you feel dough is too dry add more water.coat dough with oil and Let dough rest in a dry warm place covered for 1 hour until it rises double the size .Once dough has rested portion into small balls and roll them out into round flat pieces.Place a big tbs of silverbeet mix and spread it around the dough not to reach the edges but close.Pull the 2 sides together and then pull the bottom part up to cover the sides it should look like a Triangle shape.Place in an oiled pan and then coat them with oil on the top bake in a fan forced oven on 200 degrees until golden brown.
