Ingredients Dough:5 cups flour white or whole-wheat or mix2 cups warm milk1/2 cup vegetable oil1/4 cup powdered milk( it’s optional but makes the dough softer)2 tbsp yeast2 tbsp sugar2 tsp saltFilling:2 cups shreds akawi cheese & mozzarella cheese( you can also add any other cheeses you like, you can add cream cheese if you like it creamy)2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese2 tbsp chopped parsley1 tsp black seed Instructions 1: in a bowl add flour, powdered milk, yeast, sugar, salt and warm milk then mix all together.2: rest for 10 minutes covered or uncovered ( it will double the size)3: after 10 minutes add in the rest of the flour and oil mix all together then knead till form a soft dough4: set the dough on the side then start on preparing for the filling.5: mix together all the filling ingredients you can add other cheeses for your liking but Akawi and mozzarella taste delicious.6: roll the dough no need to rest then cut into circles the size you like.7: fill the circles with good amount of cheese mix8: close on both sides to make a boat cheese fatayer or any other shape you like9: bake in preheated oven at 450f til golden color10: enjoy while still warm taste the best Source : www.instagram.com
