Egg Nog Pannacotta Ingredients Makes 6 – 4 oz mini servings2 cups prepared eggnog2 Tbs water2 1⁄2 tsp (1 pkg) gelatin Directions Place water in a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over it, let it bloom. Heat eggnog on stove until hot, do not boil. Stir in gelatin. Pour into small glasses. Refrigerate 2 hours.Top with cranberry sauce and a cranberry skewered with a rosemary sprig. Ingredients Cranberry Sauce 6 oz fresh cranberries1⁄2 cup sugar1⁄4 cup orange juicezest from 1 orange2 Tbs Grand Marnier Directions Place cranberries, sugar, orange juice and zest in a small saucepan.
