Chinese Scrambled Egg With Chives Ingredients

1 bunch of chinese chives3-4 eggs (my hubby likes eggs more than chives so I use 4, really depends on you)1 tablespoon soy sauceSome pepper

Directions

1. Cut the chinese chives into 3-4 cm length. Set aside.2. Beat the eggs, add a touch of salt and mix well.3. Scramble the eggs in a fry pan over medium-high heat until “just-done”. Remove from heat and put them into a bowl. Set aside.4. Use the same pan, add some oil over medium-high heat. Stir-fry chinese chives until soften.5. Add the eggs, soy sauce and pepper in, mix well. Done.
