Chicken Kebabs Marinade Ingredients 500g cubed chicken breasts or thighs1/2 cup yogurt1 tbsp olive oilJuice of 1/2 a lemon2 garlic cloves minced1/2 tbsp paprika1 tsp oregano1/4 tsp ground cumin1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp black pepper Steps To Make Mix all marinade ingredients together in a bowl. Add the cubed chicken and 1 cup of chopped veggies of choice (I used red, green, yellow peppers and red onion). Place in the fridge for minimum 2 hours (or overnight). Place the chicken and veggies on metal skewers (if you’re using wooden skewers, make sure to soak them before using). Place them on a baking tray and grill in a preheated oven on 220C for 30 minutes, flipping them over half-way through. I also like to increase the heat the last few minutes to char them.
