Creamy Tuscan Chicken

Ingredients

3 chicken breast cut in half1 tsp salt1 tsp paprika1/2 tsp black pepper2 tbsp olive oil1 cup spinach1/2 cup cherry tomato

Sauce

2 cups whipping cream1/2 cup chicken broth1/2 cup parmesan cheese2 tbsp butter2 tbsp flour2 minced garlic cloves1 tsp paprika1 tsp salt or more for you liking1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1: cut chicken breast in half then season both sides with salt, black pepper and paprika.2: add olive oil to a skillet let heat then add the chicken cook on high heat brown both sides ( chicken breast thin so won’t take too long to cook make sure you don’t over cook it)3: move the chicken breast to a plate.4: in the same skillet add garlic sauté for couple seconds then add, cherry tomatoes cook for a minute then add the spinach mix all together then move to the side.5: add butter and flour mix till combined then add whipping cream and chicken broth.6: mix all together add parmesan cheese and the spices then mix when start bubbling add the chicken back in and if there is any liquid in the plate add that to the sauce.7: let simmer for about 2 minutes then enjoy with pasta, mashed potatoes or plain rice.Note: if you making this with pasta you cook the pasta then add it to the sauce and mix
