Cake Energy Balls Ingredients 1/3 cup oat flour1/3 cup shredded coconut1/2 cup cashews1/2 cup cashew butter2 tbsp coconut butter or oil (start with 1 & adjust if needed)1-2 tbsp maple syrup or coconut sugar (start with 1 and add more if you want sweeter)1 tsp vanilla extractDash of sea saltand as many sprinkles as you’d like. Steps In your blender or food processor, add oats & coconut flakes and process until into a flour. Next, add in the cashews and do the same. Add in the remaining ingredients & blend until a dough forms. If the dough feels really wet, you can add in more cashews, coconut or oats. If not sweet enough, add in more maple syrup. remove from the blender add to a bowl with sprinkles and roll into bite size balls! Depending on the size, a batch will make 12-25 balls!
