Beef Shawarma Ingredients

2 pounds of flank steak (thinly sliced)1/4 cup of olive oil1/4 cup of vinegar1/4 cup lemon juice1/4 mashed kiwi(optional)-natural meat tenderizer- thanks for the tip @thewizardofyumFew cherry tomatoes (optional)3 mint strings1 medium finely diced onion1/2 tbsp of cardamom1/2 tbsp of ground cloves1/2 tbs all spice1/2 tbsp cinnamon1/2 tbsp pepperSalt to taste1/2 packet of @ziyadbrand liyye seasoning (because why not!)1 charcoal to smoke your meat(optional)

Steps

Add all of your ingredients to the meat, allow it to marinate for few hours of over night for better results.Heat your skillet, add your meat and allow it to cook.Add your tomato. In a piece of foil, add some oil then drop your ignited charcoal to it. Close your skillet tightly and allow it to smoke for few mins.Serve it with fries and salad, make it a sandwich or tip it with creamy hummus.Enjoy!
