Beef Shawarma Bowl Ingredients 1 kg top sirloin1/4 cup vegetable or olive oil1 tbsp shawarma spice2 tsp salt1 tsp white vinegar Veggies Lettuce, tomato, pickles, parsley, sliced onion mixed with sumac Tahini Sauce 1/2 cup tahini1/2 cup lemon juice1/2 cup cold water1 tsp salt1/4 tsp black pepper1 minced garlic clove Direction 1: cut meat into thinly slices strips and add salt, shawarma spice, vinegar and oil, mix all together cover and refrigerate for at least couple hours or over night.2: mix all ingredients for tahini sauce and put in the fridge if it was too thick add little bit of water to make it loose but not too loose.3:start on cutting all the veggies and mix the onion with sumac.4:in a heated pan add little bit of oil then add the meat cook then serve in a plate topped with veggies and tahini sauce.5: or assemble the meat veggies and tahini sauce in a pita bread as sandwich.Tip: meat can be cooked in the oven in a tray with tomato and onion in between if you prefer that way.
